All these services are available to your company at one low monthly fixed price. 

Link Layer's Silver Plan is the most flexible IT service offering available today. Our Sales and Account Management Team will work with you to define the exact combination of any regularly scheduled onsite services, comprehensive remote monitoring you require, after hours support access and a free initial network audit. We will also provide you with access to network engineers via phone, or onsite, should any emergency arise.

Link Layer offers a budget plan for those who just need the bare essentials. Our bronze plan starts as low as $200 per month and includes our comprehensive server monitoring service.

If your business plan or budget requires more flexibility, we also offer an hourly plan. Technical Services for this plan include onsite and/or remote help desk support on an as-needed basis. Fees associated to the services on this plan will be charged to the client by Link Layer Solutions on an hourly basis, and billed at the completion of each request. Services may be related to the clients' computers and associated network equipment, software installation, testing and training.
